after deliberating for an hour, with 4 person's age adding to 111 years old, we still couldn't come up with a strategy to tame that rascal whenever she throws a fit. she can be a really nice, well behave girl at times however she can also turn up to be a nightmare for everyone! just taking today for example, she threw this major fit in the afternoon which her father finally broke his silence and shouted at her right at her face. as quoted "you all should be happy that i didn't use my hands. if not, you all should be preparing a funeral for her right now." true to a certain extent but i was mortified by his actions - kick Zephine's bag away, shout at her and (!!!) bang the door so effing loudly!!!! FYI, i just woke up and haven't wash up so you should see me at that state.

with regards to this situation and perhaps many more similar situations on the way, i would really like to know what we can do to "help" this angelic girl who happens to turn 29 month old today. the best thing anyone could said during this emergency "meeting" was my mother. she said "maybe you can bring her to the psychiatrist and see what they've to say."
